Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-24
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by AI Business Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”), a consultancy registered in England and Wales. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. What we do
We provide AI readiness audits, integration sprints, and advisory retainers to businesses. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are set out in a separate statement of work or engagement letter agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted on a fixed-price basis and are due in accordance with the terms of the relevant engagement letter or Stripe checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
4. Deliverables and acceptance
We will use reasonable skill and care to deliver the scope agreed. Deliverables are deemed accepted unless you notify us in writing of any material deficiency within 14 days of delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of the engagement.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment of fees, you will own the bespoke deliverables produced specifically for you under an engagement. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the relevant engagement letter. Consumers in the UK may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
9. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active clients. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
