Jack is a multi-business entrepreneur and operator. He founded and runs Coal & Co (hospitality group — pubs, hotels, F&B), Chef Pantry (marketplace for chefs and venues), Need (coffee brand), and Plateful (hospitality software). He has built, bought, and operated multiple companies across hospitality, brands, and technology — and has implemented AI inside every one of them. He's consulted for large enterprises, advised dozens of SMEs, helped launch Unbound Advertising Agency alongside family, and sits on the board of several operating businesses. Jack coaches from the inside: he's running the same integrations he's helping clients make.

Darren Skeats

Co-founder, AI Business Coach

Darren is a business operator and advisor who has worked with hundreds of SMEs. He's spent his career inside small and mid-market businesses helping founders make the hard decisions — pricing, team, ops, growth, and the messy middle — and has a rare ability to see the real problem behind the stated one.
